Xtraining with what I am calling "Marine14" which is walking fast at or below the minimum pace for the MCM. I have a ways to go but I am making progress.

    Harry, discipline is a great word for it. It feels unnatural at first but gets easier. It uses a different system from running. It is a skill I want to build for ultras over time.

    yeah, a marathon is no small stuff. I signed up for the Toronto Waterfront marathon and am realizing this is major.
