  9. 4 Months ago was my last update on here, but it wasn't my last workout. I completed my streak and then took about a month off. I'm back now and training for my first full, official half!

      you can do it! but definitely get a training plan and work with a training group if possible!!

      Yes Lisa, that one :) I've never done an official half marathon. Ive went the distance plenty of times - even longer on trails, but not recently, and never an official road half.
