      I love Farrell's! I have been there for a year and have gotten more out of this gym then anywhere else I have been. You are held accountable and working out 6 days a week has to do something, right?!

      Do you have or have access to a foam roller? That thing is my jam. I feel loose as a goose after rolling my entire body.

      No but I did think about getting one. Trying to roll on a tennis ball doesn't work as well :)

      I rock the tennis balls on my feet all the time, but the foam roller is good for your whole leg. It'll probably hurt like a B at first, but then get better. I also used a rolling pin because I'm super classy. Good luck!
