Broke a big barrier I've wanted to cross for a while now. I got over the hump of a 50 mile running week. I've come close a handful of times but had never been able to cross that line. Now the question... Can I stay there? Because, man, that was hard!

If you don't go over your anaerobic threshold, then it makes it much easier to get big miles in. But it can mean taking much longer to get those miles in if you're not used to training that way. Which means time is the limiting factor. :)

Yes, time is my big suck. This past week was 15hr15min, because I'm also not going to stop my 3 hrs a week of strength training since I think it helps my endurance and keeps me injury-free. But at 12:30 pace on roads and 15-16 min/mi on trails, it's like a part-time job getting these miles. Hoping my new treadmill will help too - naptimes with the toddler especially!
