  1. RUN
    alright 1 mi 00:12:18 12:18 pace

A mile on the treadmill. I had an important doctor's appointment in the afternoon and didn't want to run afterwards with all the stress, but I forced a mile.

  2. RUN
good Just around the block....or more 3.5 mi 00:43 12:17 pace

I went around the 0.3 mi block, then shockingly managed to pass the house. Faster paces than I've seen in probably 10+ months. Inserted walk breaks mostly out of a brain surge of "let... read more

  7. RUN
    Harder pace 3.5 mi 00:41 11:42 pace

Had to hit 12:00s. I did 11:59, 11:58, 11:48, 11:43 (last half mile). Easier than I expected for how out of shape I know I am. Even with speed or base back, my road pace isn't really any faste... read more
