      Aw, thanks, Leah. Can you tell me that again Thursday? I have a killer workout scheduled by coach for then. :-( 3 miles at 15% on the treadmill. I'm nervous!

    Felt strong but knew I should be keeping it easy instead of pushing the pace a little like my legs kept trying to do. So kept slowing it down and added in several walk breaks.
