    Two people hit 6 miles for the first time! Great to be there for them! Humid and hot - starting temp of 69 degrees. Great run with North Texas Runners ( www.ntxrunners.com ).

    4 sets (8x, 8x, 8x, 10x) at 90 lbs on bench press. Everything today was a little heavy, lots of sets, 1 minute recovery between sets, completely destroy a body part before moving to next body part.
