    Leg Spasms this morning made me hope for a good run to stretch them out in. Still painful, but very happy with my run.

  3. Day after my 3rd half feels as if I never ran! (until I tried to shovel the driveway!) I guess running in the snow is the best ice bath ever? ;)

    First snowy run. Achievement unlocked! Nike Women's Virtual Half Marathon. First it rains, then it SNOWS, then the cyclists from Mr Crampy's Multisport decide to join us on the trail. :D

      LOL yeah, I couldn't stay at the slower pace my gals were running so when I finished I went back over to them. Will need to readjust using a map when I have time. (It's probably somewhat accurate though with the back/forth.)

      There's a couple of other great races this summer if you want to do something other than the RnR races! Discovery Trails in June from Sequim to Port Angeles.
