    I was having a great, what felt like easy run on incline 3 when suddenly my right hamstring felt strained or pulled or something. Freaked out and stopped. Hoping that everything is okay.

      Try not to go into a downward spiral. Advil, roll, gentle stretching. Next run, make sure not to overstride and slow down the pace a little if it feels tweaky. (yes, I've done the strained hammy thing before, lol).

  11. #dailymission I think one time I hit a 5:50 mile in the first mile of a half marathon... yea I paid the price for that one for the rest of the 12 miles.

      Um. Garmin or no Garmin or Runkeeper, you are a machine. I think I would be dead with all those miles and that your pace. You go, girl! It IS nice to go techless for a few runs every so often.

      put @ in front of the person's name without space after the @ and the person name will pop up and u click on it...this only works in the post, not the comment section. so for me you would write @Magda....a list of names that starts with M will drop down and click on my name....
