Sidney came with me for the first 6minutes. Then a alternated running and walking by myself because I need to go slow with me knees...

Taking a week off running must have motivated Sidney. Today was great. Overall pace (including all Sidney's pit stops) was 9:24. Average moving pace (per Garmin) was 8:52!
