    I tried to run first thing but my knee was still weird so I walked a little first and then ran. 2nd half mile was pretty good - ran it with very little/no knee pain...

    OK - finally ran again! Only 1 mile in my VFFs but my knee seemed ok. Felt strange but didn't hurt - maybe just a little stiff?
