  1. RUN
good LAB on Guadalupe 20.43 mi 03:22 09:54 pace

I honestly thought that I was only going to be able to sluggishly bring in 18 miles and not the 20 I was able to, fairly strongly, finish with. The weather was great which is most likely the reason... read more

  2. RUN
    good Port Aransas 4 4.01 mi 00:36 08:57 pace

This was a nice night run with a cool sea breeze. The route was pretty flat, which I am, obviously, unaccustomed to. My left calf was tight and sore to start with but loosened up 2 miles in.

  3. RUN
    good Mopac to 35 6.93 mi 01:01 08:46 pace

I started out pretty fast and, somewhat, paid for it half-way through the run. I could not help the quick start. The weather was too nice. Though the temp was great and the sun shiny, it was very d... read more

  4. RUN
great Big Schoal Creek 9.96 mi 01:39 09:53 pace

This was a nice recovery run. I felt pretty good throughout with only minor stiff legs.

  5. RUN
    good Neighborhood 4, North 4.02 mi 00:36 09:00 pace

Though warm and I had to miss my running class, this was a good run. Why? Tank-top. New shorts. I had never ran in tank-top for a multitude of illogical reasons. The shorts, some nice light Brooks.

  6. RUN
alright The What the Hell 14.49 mi 02:29 10:16 pace

I really wanted to do 16 but was happy to get back to Rogue relatively well with 14 under my belt. Though I am behind in my training, I am starting to make it back.

  7. RUN
alright The Marshes 7.89 mi 01:17 09:47 pace

This was probably the toughest set of "The Marshes" I have done in a long time. I did up and down set with a final straight up to the top. I barely squeaked it back to Rogue. The heat was... read more

  8. RUN
alright Mopac to Congress Loop 4.75 mi 00:45 09:25 pace

I went for a run after doing some lap swimming and, consequently, felt pretty tired during the run. It was also pretty hot that evening. Though I am not 100% sure of it, but I think that the swim r... read more

  9. RUN
good The (Less Hellish) Run from Hell 12.48 mi 02:02 09:48 pace

This was a great moral-booster of a run. I needed a plane, good old successful long run (regardless of the distance my compatriots were doing). I felt good enough during the whole run that I, at th... read more

  10. RUN
    good Neighborhood 4, Reversed 3.1 mi 00:28 08:54 pace

I forgot to start my watch for the first mile, so, really, this was a four mile run. It was a good run with negative splits.

  11. RUN
alright Neighborhood 6, North Reversed 6.13 mi 00:58 09:23 pace

Though I did not have a huge problem running, overall it felt like I was just slugging through it. I just did not have fun.

  12. swim
good 6, 100 ft lengths swim 200 yd

This was my inaugural swim at Big Stacy Pool with my Pool-Mate Pro watch

  13. RUN
good Mopac to South First Run 4.15 mi 00:36 08:45 pace

This was a decent, negative split, run.

  14. RUN
tired The Schrup 8.15 mi 01:26 10:31 pace

This was my worse long run in recent memory. I started to feel tired around mile 6 and gave up at mile 8. I walked to Town Lake and called Becky to pick me up. This was the first time I had ever do... read more

  15. RUN
blah The Julia 7.43 mi 01:16 10:12 pace

I almost finished the tempo run, but got slammed down to size by the the hill at the end. I had difficulty running back. Very frustrating run.

  16. RUN
alright Rogue to UT Campus Loop 5.56 mi 00:57 10:20 pace

The blazing heat made this run really challenging. I barely squeaked in.

  17. RUN
    blah Bird's Loop 8.4 mi 01:25 10:10 pace

This was my first run since my cold, the first time where I was not feeling like crap. The cold I had had wiped me out for a 1.5-2 weeks, and put me way behind. It was humid, and I just crapped out... read more

  18. RUN
blah Mount Bonnell 9.88 mi 01:41 10:15 pace

I was nauseated by the time I arrived to start my run. The whole preceding week I had been ill and had not run (that alone was frustrating enough). I quickly decided during the run that I was not g... read more
