    good Dirty 30

    Dirty 30 (dvd workout for 30 minutes) I finally hit noon...but glad i did and now DONE! I had to modify bc I couldn't keep up. What? Ikr... but true. :)

    a 1/2 hour DVD @ home. Wow. It has been ages since I worked out but it's a start! I did the modifiers when it felt harder to keep up.

      Yes, exactly! I feel like a bad ass after finishing and I have to follow the "modifier" to keep up! Its a start, like u said, YAY us! :)

    A mid-morning walk (No jogging. Strictly a walk). I feel good just for stepping outside. I'll continue it for a month and start running (actaully run/walk intervals) in February! :)))
