    It felt.good to sleep in today and I still went out to do the c25k because I HAVE GOT TO START!!! After all, I did sign up for a Half marathon that is coming up in 3.5 months!!! Yikes!!!

      I know! I did it with Carl (to get him started) but I keep thinking I'm way ahead than I really am -but I am not - So I am going to start it all over. Week1 :)
