    One of the toughest course I've ever run. Road was so steep, and since the race started a little late it was already hot. Humanda si Corregidor sa akin next year. :D

    was supposed to do an easy 7minutes/kilometer interval run as per Smart Coach, but I ended up doing 5minutes/kilometer and 1K jog after every kilometer:D

      yes, Craig I got dizzy doing this earlier. I really had to do some speedwork to improve my finish time. will you be joining the New Balance race this Sunday?

    started the run from our house to Roosevelt Avenue, Quezon Avenue all the way to West Avenue. Felt great after the run!
