  14. MRI shows a significant labral tear in my hip & they recommend surgery :/

    On the bright side, I'm on vacation down at the lake enjoying done sunshine :)

  15. Waiting for the results of my contrast MRI to come. Hopefully I will know today before I gout of town to the lake, fingers crossed its not too bad! I still can't sleep on that side...

      I also will most likely be having an MRI WITH contrast. The last one didn't show anything of note, but it also didn't have images of my right leg -- only my spine. Best of luck to you. I hear you. This stinks.

    Swimming with a bunch a triathletes sure makes me feel incredibly amateur. My heart rate was high, I had to keep taking breaks every other lap to bring in back down. Feels good but I need practice.

      I do too. I even have a "sporty" swimsuit, but swimming honestly intimidates me. I've never been a strong swimmer.

      I've found since I have not been able to run that I actually have MORE pain on the days I do not bike or swim. Swimming seems to do the best for my body at the moment. I may start doing it most days.
