Been doing a lot of circuit training, not feeling the run life right now so I'm flowing with it. Walk felt good, super sore from Wednesday's ZWOW. Also decided to not run the Rock n' Roll Half, waste of money I know, but my heart just isn't in it right now. Next week hoping to begin a 15 miles/wk routine with lots of strength training.
