Compared to Sunday's suck-ass run, this run reaffirmed me. Still suffering from DOMS, most likely from Sunday's run but I think some is still lingering from Friday's strength workout. Note to self: do more squats. Really happy with the splits this morning: 9:13, 9:02, 8:57, 8:47, 8:38
