Went out super easy in hopes to negative split, had the following times:
- 9:23
- 9:04
- 8:42

Following up with 25 minutes strength training, the usual circuit, 3x:
- 10 Split Lunges (each leg)
- 20 Pushups
- 50 Crunches
- 20 Bent Rows
- 10 Step Ups (each leg)
- 1 Minute Plank

Gonna be a hot one today, be careful you all!
