Went out super easy in hopes to negative split, had the following times:
Following up with 25 minutes strength training, the usual circuit, 3x:
- 10 Split Lunges (each leg)
- 20 Pushups
- 50 Crunches
- 20 Bent Rows
- 10 Step Ups (each leg)
- 1 Minute Plank
