Mother's Day Run 6 mi 00:56 09:15 pace

Did this run yesterday after eating a Mother's Day lunch with the family downtown on the lake, so I decided to take advantage of my surroundings and do a lakefront run. While it was one of the prettiest runs, it was also incredibly uncomfortable, had to expel the previous eaten food then felt mildly better but I gave myself this weird stomach burn feeling. Rest day today.
