    Got out to do my part for the RunTogether campaign to support Tohoku. The snow was falling, and the moon nowhere to be seen, but it felt good to get for the first time in a week.

    Had a bit of time to myself Saturday, and with the weather as fine as it was, and our virtual ekiden on, I got out, and ran, ran, ran!

    Got caught (and presumably eaten) the first time out. After picking up my son at Kindergarten, I had to get back out there - no way the zoms are getting my brains that easily!!!

      Congrats on going sub-20. That's a damn fast run! I know I'm always raving about iSmoothRun, but one of its best features is it switches to the iPhone accelerometer when it can't get a GPS signal. You could run through endless tunnels and it will still track you. And (here I go again), you know how you love competitive apps, have you ever done a ghost run against one of your previous runs? You should try it, it's a real kick up the arse when the woman's voice says "5 seconds behind!".

      I could've done better had I trained properly and more often. And yeah, Jeffrey did PB. 46min. He was right pumped about it, too!

    Before a night out on the town, I thought it best to burn some calories. It was good of Warren to come out with me.

    Although it was complete on a Wednesday, the Tuesday 10 is always a fun run. My buddy was as chatty as ever which made the time fly by.

    The weather was perfect, and I felt pretty good. Sure I came in under 45min, but the official results are going to be mailed. Fine, fun day.

    Didn't map out the route well enough, but sometimes 8 is perfect. Didn't feel tired at all afterwards.

    The last running leg of the 30k Sunday. Felt great. Walking up the hill was a good idea. Data a bit screwed up though because battery died.

    First leg of a nice long Sunday run. But the temp difference between the top of the mountain and the bottom and early afternoon and late afternoon means I should have been better prepared.
