    My foot is killing me. Between my skinless toe and the numerous blisters on my feet, it really hurt to keep going.

    Don't do planks barefoot. I took the skin off the top of my big toe.

    I got in a mile and half, but I should have stretched better because my hips are killing me. Next time, I WILL do a better job stretching.
