good Dumb Run 3.8 mi
Heavy legs after 2wks P90X, decided to run after yoga- I am more enthusiastic than smart. Was a pretty day though. Garmin loading issues-operator error I'm sure. Will work it out later...after lunch.

Plyometrics? Lots of jumping, lunging high heart rate felt really good. Haven't worked that hard in a long time.
