I have been absent from myself for six months now. . .I have spent a lot of time caring for the other significant people in my life over these months. . .I am ready to start again; I am ready to make myself a priority. I have no complaints about what I have had to do in the last six months. I can see that it is imperiative that I remain healthy so that I can help others that are not. Though I have taken a couple of steps back, it's a new day and I am ready. Work out to follow. . . .Peace
