My intention was to run 2 miles but I was running with Lincoln and there was, well...a poop bag incident that forced me to return home sooner than I wanted to.

Today was a good run - no aches and pains. Took a 5-7 minute break at 4.5 miles so that I could eat some Hammer Gel and Lincoln could have some Power Bones.

It was great to get out on the bike today. Biked over to Hilldale Mall and met Chris for dinner. Sorry I was a little sweaty and stinky at dinner but we had a great time and a great meal anyway.

Nice easy two miles with the dog just trying to stretch the legs out a little. They are still very sore from my lower body workout two days ago - lunges, squats, etc.
