      That is pretty freakin' amazing Leigh! I can't imagine being on a course for nearly 9 hours... Wow! Great job on your first ultra and i'm sure you're still feeling it.

    Today was a good run - no aches and pains. Took a 5-7 minute break at 4.5 miles so that I could eat some Hammer Gel and Lincoln could have some Power Bones.

    It was great to get out on the bike today. Biked over to Hilldale Mall and met Chris for dinner. Sorry I was a little sweaty and stinky at dinner but we had a great time and a great meal anyway.
