    Thanks, Leslie! New Year's resolution time and I start thinking about fitness.

    You're doing just great. Six miles--well done! I tried a spinning class, not sure my rear ever recovered! Good for you.

    yes it takes some time for the tushy to toughen up to the spin class. Something about a stationary bike is so much worse than and actual outside bike ride.
