hey DMers!! You know I said before I'd been a li'l quiet and stuff? Well the big reason was a certain someone walked back into my life by complete chance, via Facebook, 30 yrs after we were childhood sweethearts. Soul mates reunited is pretty much the gist. Super exciting times. Anyhoos...she has signed up to DM as she is moving away from total gym lifestyle to re-find running, and also now cycling. Please welcome her aboard, and I hope some of you will help encourage her en route to training for a half Marathon in spring. Say hi to Emma B. please!! Ta muchly, Leeky
