    The last of the "firsts:" First home loop run in 6 months. So nice. I appreciate the ability to run all the more for having been shelved for the last few seasons. Soaking in springtime!!

    Last interval run: warm-up, 1mile run, 1/4 mi walk, 1 mile run, cool down. A little achy on the shin, but within normal recovery range (I hope.) Onward and upward.
