    Seem to always run good at track night. 4X 1200 repeats at 5:10, last 1 X1200 at 4:50. great to see so many runners at track night. Karlee and Fernando make it fun and worth the trip.

    Decided to sleep in and go to OTF today. Got in 3 miles on TM. Great weight room workout today.

    90 min. Class today for the first time. Got 2nd wind after 70 min, and finished super strong. Kingman Hills on Sunday will wrap,up,solid week of training.

    Decided to,run the fastest mile challenge 5:42 on TM. Took TM about 30 seconds to get up to speed. Still fun to hold on last .2. 90 min. OTF CLASS on Sat. Then Kingman run Sunday.
