    Lucky 7 on a Monday. Last mile was 7:33, so that lowered the overall pace. Up hill against the wind is never fun until you are done!!

    Saved the best 20.2 mile for last. Cruised along at 8:25 pace with nothing but water. Reset watch last 3 miles and made 8:05 pace. Super hot but shade made for breaks. Hope for cool day Oct. 8th.

    parked at Fleet Feet and ran to SCP. Took a lap and ran into about 20 different runners. SCP the place to be on a Sunday. Nice morning and good to see so many ICT runners .
