    What a weather change in 30 min. Windy and somewhat cold. 6x300 repeats at 1 min. Each. Last one all out at 55 seconds. Finished against the wind. Fun with track kids, but I got smoked for sure.

    Great run in the rain. No music, but set a PR 10K this year. Happy to get below 43 minutes. Thanks to Victor, I was #1 Masters runners for the first time in my running career. Church 5K on Sunday.
