    45 bleachers, first 25 took 1 1/2 hours, last 20 were 1 hour. Instead of increasing the number the next 3 weeks, going to keep number at 50 and decrease my time. This should help my cardio.

    Nice morning HS run. Had to start early to go see Kalee run the Diva Dash. Kalee got 1st in AG, 2nd overall with a time of 21:13. The winner was at 20:00. Diva Dash had over 800 runners.
