great gym 'mill 3 mi 00:50 16:40 pace

With legs sore from yesterday's hard strength training, started the day with an hour long yoga class to stretch them out, then to the gym for back/shoulder weight training, and 3 mile walk on elevated 'mill afterward. Legs rebelled when I attempted to run 3 mi so I at least got a walk in. We'll see if I can get a run in tomorrow; however, usually soreness the second day after a hard weight training session is worse than the first. Got it done!!! WHOO HOOOOO!
