great Night run 2.5 mi 00:28 11:11 pace

Night run with the hubs and pushing the baby. He's so light in the double compared to pushing all 3! And I love running at night- 10 min mile pace with warm up and cool down.

Great run pushing one! It is amazing how much lighter it feels. Glad you were able to get out with your hubby!

Nice! I've been working on the 100 pushup challenge too...for a while now. I've made it up to 60, took several weeks off and have been hovering around 50. The app I was using was getting to hard to follow. We can motivate each other. Need to tone arms and abs for summer!
