Angry core session - didn't sleep so hot - couldn't shut the committee in my head up so I kicked their ass with some CORE - Im not crazy ! :-)) DB lunge n twist , DB press , DB curls , DB tricep kickbacks , DB one armed upright rows , DB ab twist series , GRRRR I am PISSED OFF , DB ext rotation , Reverse hypers on ball , reach thrus , leg lifts , ass lifts , weighted ab crunches on ball straight and oblique . Im thinking twice a week isnt enough core . I donno . Happy Wed Fukin Morning :)) I mean Have an amazing day !!
