Sunrise Hot Vinyasa with the owner Deby - holy crap its been a while since I got my hot yoga on - 105 degrees - Vinyasa flow and seriously challenging . Me HEART Yoga !! The band played last night - at this Bar in town - I resisted and didnt drink - but whats with all the drunk dudes trying to pick up the lead singer - Nothing hotter than a drunk dude talking you up at a bar ... NOT ! Hey everyone - MAKE today AWESOME !!
