Not sure if it was the grilled cheese tomato and onion sandi I had first or the choc milk - My belly was so full and It was hard to keep pace and not puke :) 1000 try and not heave , 4x100 swim kick pull swim , 50 -100-100-50 pull w paddles , 200 @base 100 base -5 sec x 3 , 100 base 50 base -5sec x3 , 50 base 25 all you got ! 150 cool down . Kept going into O2 debt . I had to stop for 30 sec here n there just to compose myself and keep going - I miss the outdoor pool in Carlsbad really bad today ! I am happy cause I got it done and kept my focus positiveish mentally ..... Hey you guys - Hows it going ?!?
