Did the usual core shit - except I am fasting for routine blood work this am - so IM HUNGRY :) DB curls , DB presses on ball , DB lunges w twist , DB external rotation , DB tricep kickbacks , DB ab twist series , reverse hypers on ball , reach thrus , leg lifts , planks , weighted crunches on ball oblique and straight - 20lbs on chest . Did I mention Im HUNGRY - bike ride after blood n FOOD - insert witch like scary laugh here :) Have an AWESOME morning DMers !!
