Took a bit to get started then when I did - BAM - on fire - crazed redhead workin core . KB swings , KB tricep press , KB curls , DB External Rotations , DB ab twist series , BURPEES , Push Ups , reach thrus , leg lifts , reverse hyper extensions , DB ab crunches on ball - straight n oblique - Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr feeling great now - food then an EASY bike ride on the coast !!
