Most amazing Seanes Twist and flow after a hot tub session . I really am feeling this week and its a recovery week - Oy I need a level headed coach to help me out - I mean 4 freakin miles running this week - I will try and run tomorrow at least a 10k but I lost that running Mojo - If I ever even had it - ok rant over - where did all that come from ? Namaste :-)

Well done!

I know a great coach if you are looking for one. They are a Husband/ wife and he is a Pro Triathlete. Probably one of the best swimmers in the country. They train some pretty amazing athletes who always seem to be on the podiums. I can pm you there info if you are interested. Great job with the Twist N Flow!!

They train people all over the place. The know how to train triathletes. They train begginers to top elite athletes. One girl they train that lives in Arizona just took 2nd in a 70.3 in Germany and qualified for the Vegas Championship. It would not surprise me if she wins her ag at the race.

Being frustrated once in a while, but only for a little bit, is good for you. Go ahead and let out the steam. Good luck in finding a coach and go for that run today. GET HER DONE! :+)

That's ok; you lose your mojo occasionally but it always comes back. :) Yoga is always the answer. Love you girl!

I've talked to several coaches and multiple Ironmen finishers and have been most surprised by the LACK of running they all do b/c they aren't built for running so they don't "train to the run". They do more cycling/swimmming and just "enough" running...I've always been a believer in a strong cycling base/leg, but these guys take it wayyyy further than I really feel comfortable with.....they're trying to convince me and I may play around with dropping my running volume for a fall 70.3 to test it...

We all lose that mojo once in a while. It's a struggle sometimes to find it again, but it always comes back, and yours will too, my dear friend. Sweet flow with Seane, this one always leaves me grounded and centered. Cool to see that we did yoga together again! :)
