You can ring my be eh ell ring my bell , my bell - la la la la . 8 hrs of sleep and BAM - starting the day with the usual schtuff - KB swings , KB curls , KB tricep press - 8 rounds of 15 . then DB ab twist series , DB external rotations , reverse hyper extensions on ball , mtn climbers , burpees , reach thus , fuk yous :-) , leg lifts - weighted crunches on ball straight and oblique . Feeling a lil dizzy still from yesterdays fun - but more better - Its all about a BRICK today and seeing the start of the SOLO woman cyclists at RAAM in Oside - awww hells yeah .
