Every time I have pushed through a run where I REALLY didn't feel it I have regretted it. Good decision

I think you may be the hardest working person on here. I don't know how you have the energy to do all you do.

I second the yoga, and I'm sorry about your run today. You work so hard, woman, you owe yourself some rest time.

Even the most amazing athletes got to rest at some point. Smart move bagging the run, let your body recover.

I agree with Jenny. Besides which, you do so much that it's no wonder you didn't feel like it today. Come back stronger tomorrow xx

Isn't it amazing how some short runs are just super-duper hard? There's science behind it, so your body is saying don't do it. You're the best of the baddest out there, so you can rest. Why don't you stay home, sit on your butt and play a computer game!/ Ha ha!
