Started my morning core with a dvd Jillian Michaels 6 week 6 pack - level one for 35 min - THIS was a freakin SWEATFEST - I didnt expect it :-) finished with the usual - KB swings , DB ab twist series , reach thrus , reverse hypers , external rotations , Weighted crunches on ball - oblique and straight .
