      mind over matter....its just staying within yourself until you shake those cycling legs...I swear, I try to eat/drink those 1st 15-20 mins to force me to sloooow down and not get too crazy...AND focus on something else other than "ohhh, I dunno about all this now" :) great work my beast of a buddy...
