Bought a Newton Distance 2013 model on Sunday, and decided to try it out. Also decided to run 12km around my house just to keep my fitness level up. If not I cannot catch up in the longer distance for our Saturday runs. After the run, did 3 sets of 6 x Chin ups, 2 sets of 20 x crunches/sit ups and a 1min plank. Wow, tired as hell! No appetite for my dinner!
