alright Athletic Club 560 yd

Tri Training time! Swimming it out with Kayla and Elizabeth. I need some work in this area! Kayla and Elizabeth gave me some tips and advice. I could do the side stroke forever, but could only make it 40 yards at a time (with 45 sec breaks in between) with the front crawl.

    It takes practice. remember to exhale, that the air is always there and just keep working at it.
