    Whoops, slept through practice but coach was forgiving enough to give me the workout to do later. Total meters were 3500 but the above time was a timed trial for this weekend's swim-a-thon.

    It is so cool to feel I am improving my butterfly & breastroke! I timed myself for a few sections and I am pretty darn sure I am at least as fast as high school. Yea!

    I was feeling off and didn't eat breakfast but I was hoping the pool would help and it did. :) Worked a couple of double flip-turns to work on lung capacity.

    Went to a swimming workshop but wasn't that amazing. It was definitely geared to less experienced swimmers. Oh, well, back to training on my own for now.

    Oooo....I think my breaststroke is improving! Felt stronger overall thanks to my dry-land strength & bodyweight training exercises. Yea!

    1.9 miles. Not feeling as amazing as last week but it was still a fun time. Goggles snapped as soon as I tried to put them on, really glad I had a back-up pair.

    Got there late, couldn't find my money, got in the pool and then remembered my goggles. It was just that kind of a day but the actual workout rocked. :)
