    Track party interrupted by scary skies and rain. Did my warm up and two rounds of 800s hard than 400 hard, 400 easy. I did a quick cool down before jumping into my car. I am such a wimp (LOL).

    Yesterday I ran in 40 degree weather. Today it is 90. Welcome to weather in Illinois. My body hated it!!

      I just wanted to get done. My body and my watch were angry. I got up at 2:40, this morning and my watch thought I was still running. Some of the miles were driving home. Oops.
