The stairs routine intrigues me. I need to find stairs in my neighbourhood.

In response to your Facebook comment - I have been rather low key and occupied of late. My Joint issues have moved to my left foot and physio continues. Have been fairly loyal to the in home follow-up and things seem to be resolving. Cycling seems to be an activity that supports the rehab. Oh yeah, I cut my long locks - no more pony tail. Need any shampoo? I have a surplus to my needs at the moment!! I have more hair jell than I will need for my goatee in the next few years!!

HAHAHA! Thanks for the update Larry! Should I bring my bike to Edmonton when we come for the May long weekend?

Ron: I'm really enjoying the change of pace. It is getting easier each time out and I'm extending the number of repeats. I'm hoping this makes my ultras this summer a whole lot easier.
