alright Treadmill 2.24 mi 00:30 13:23 pace
I had every intention of running and started off doing so but the cramping just under my ribcage was enough to derail me. I ended up walking all but about 10 minutes of this adventure. Oh, well.

Hahaha...I wish I could even 6 miles. If this week goes well I'll meet up but as it is I just did 2 miles for the first time today and that was intense. :)

No worries, you will be back into running soon. I run the 9-10 min/mile group and Janette is running around 11 min with her group. She also includes some walk breaks and everybody can run as far as they want. No pressure, we just want to have fun! :)

Have you been checked for exercise induced asthma?
3 days ago • Like
No, I haven't and that's kind of where my mind keeps going with it, too. It may be time to have the doctor check it out and see what she says.

That was happening to me too and the doctor diagnosed me with exercise induced asthma. I have an inhaler I use before every run now.
