My run today was suprisely great, after last Sundays race I was so sore.. The quads and hammies were killing me so I took 2 rest days and got at it today. I felt like I could of ran all day today.. 100 sit-ups also, but talked to much to get my arm workout in.. :)

    I know Jeff.. You got to get in and get out. Dont get trapped in there with other workout friends or the time slips away..lol Me and a running friend realized we would walk while we were catching up and not running. Were like what are we doing.. Next time we both are going to talk while we run..
