  1. training is going fine but i stopped logging things- im marathon training so its all running and i'm not feeling very log worthy. ill be back sometime after november.

    its hard to keep my heart rate down but i think ill get used to it. it lets me worry more about form which is good.

      My coach likes to say technique, then endurance, then speed, then start your training plan. He also says interesting things like relax the muscles you're not using then relax the muscles you are using. He's so zen like.
