Good day to run i was pushing but i got to a point where i just got kinda tired. So, not my best but felt great. Wouldn't go that pace for cross country!! Felt awesome outside, well after it rained!

Lauren - Play around with what you eat before you run that next time. For short distances, it might make a difference to up your sugar prior. Everyone is different, but it may work.
