Incredible round of workouts Lauren!

nice work out, very classic. now, as a trainer i would replace most of those DBs with cables, jk. what do you do for your back, bi, and abs?

Thanks Jenny!!
I like flexed arm hangs, rows of some sort or the pull up assist. (Lat pulldowns occasionally, but for some reason they really bother my wrist) whatever variation of bicep curl appeals to me, or whatever bicep I didn't hit with a row. Nothing is sacred when it comes to Abs, always trying something new and I always go til failure... some odd obsession, I dunno.

yep, same here with abs-till failure. i love doing a bent over cable row, lat pull. dont care about my bi but will done one exercise with 3 working sets. i love dominating my tri, anything cable mostly. legs are mostly done on the bike, but when i do hit them in the gym i always feel sorry for doing it cause i kill them and they are sore for a freakin week.

Same here with legs... usually I don't want them to be sore so i can run, but now it effects my commuting. Plus, there's s lot I am afraid of because I don't actually know what's wrong with my leg
