It's a little more than 3.1, but I was definitely thinking about Matt's big run while I was out there today!! Congrats to him!
Took a while for me to get into it, but the second half was incredible, I picked up my pace and hit superfluidity... ahh... I felt like I could have gone longer but decided to walk back with my running buddy... I'm sure my left peroneals & achilles appreciated that.
