Thats fantastic Lauren. I remember you deferred but wasn't sure if you would actually make it out west to the final challenge. Its supposed to be a really great trail. I'm so happy for you that you'll be able to run it. A good run is all that much better when there's good beer afterwards. We'll definitely have to hit some trails this fall. I'm running JFK in Nov and would actually like to hit part of the AT up by Boonsboro -- is that near you or have you moved again?

Way too many tourists for me to do a lunchtime run. My tolerence level for tourists is about zero.
