    It was a slow start but I ran 20 minutes straight at 5.5 mph then walked it out after the 25 minute mark. I'm getting so bored with treadmills. Bring on the decent weather!

      I see. When I see "spin" I think actually the special bikes. A stationary I can totally see how one could read. I'm not putting you down by saying not to read, just it takes a lot of multitasking!
